Looks like GMAC, Chrysler's lending arm, is going to get a THIRD bailout from the government. Why? Because it couldn't raise enough capital on its own. more »

The best part is that I'm sure that the Obama administration believes that this is a "resurgence", or some similar word, of the Chrysler brand. more »

Also, please note something, throughout the whole speech - the President isn't concerned about HEALTH. He's concerned about the COST of health CARE. This is because the government is ALREADY involved in health care, through things like Medicare. Were the whole system run by private companies, the government wouldn't care about the cost. more »

That adds up to 72.5% of the company going to governments, folks. GM's "bankruptcy" is merely an excuse to have it nationalized by our government...and Canada's. Okay, I admit I didn't see the Canada part coming. On top of this, all the private citizens who COULD potentially have bought GM, through shares? Yeah, they're "expected to be wiped out". more »
