Remember when I said that Scott Brown would likely turn into a 60th vote for health care when the terms were good enough for him? I was right. Turns out he did it on a jobs bill, though, since a new health care bill is still forthcoming.

I'm well aware that many people are cheering, especially those who would identify themselves as "tea party" Republicans. Hey, Scott Brown won in Massachusetts, right? Shouldn't that be cause for celebration? more »

Also, please note something, throughout the whole speech - the President isn't concerned about HEALTH. He's concerned about the COST of health CARE. This is because the government is ALREADY involved in health care, through things like Medicare. Were the whole system run by private companies, the government wouldn't care about the cost. more »
